Creating customer experience is a complex and ongoing activity that, on the measurement and research side too, requires constantly keeping up with the times in terms of methodology, analysis and, of course, data presentation. Because knowledge you cannot easily present simply does not exist. That is exactly why <strong>Trendline<\/strong> has been an <strong>important partner<\/strong> for Viru Keskus in mapping the various links of the <strong>customer experience<\/strong>, because the strength of their <strong>team<\/strong> and <strong>test environment<\/strong> lies in <strong>flexibility<\/strong> and a <strong>willingness to adapt<\/strong> to changing wishes and customer expectations. Both studies were extensive and required tailor-made work. In cooperation with <strong>Eero Palm<\/strong> and sustainability professional <strong>Maria-Kristiin Peterson<\/strong>, we built a completely unique <strong>sustainability-efforts study<\/strong> of Viru Keskus tenants. We observed the companies on both a strategic and operational level and in three groups according to their field of activity, from which different sustainability requirements arise. The <a href=\"https:\/\/virukeskus.com\/uudised\/viru-keskus-tunnustas-parimaid-ostukeskkondi\">study<\/a> turned out to be extensive but with very valuable results that helped map the companies&#8217; current situation and future directions and also visualise them.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second important qualitative study we carried out together with the Trendline team was the <a href=\"https:\/\/trendline.ee\/testostud\/muugikeskkonna-vaatlus-uuringud\/\"><strong>Store Environment Study<\/strong><\/a>, mapping the holistic customer experience of Viru Keskus tenants and common areas after the major renovation. Here Trendline brought in customer experience professional <strong>Mari Arnover<\/strong> to conduct the study, and as a result the best shopping spots in Viru Keskus were announced.
